Moving Day

When it comes to the day of your move you won’t have to dread it. Our professional Springfield Van and Storage Co. team will be there to pick up the hard work while you relax. When our team arrives with the truck you will have a great opportunity to walk them through your property and let them know what you need moving and what will be staying. Before our team moves even a single piece of furniture they’ll make sure to protect all of your doors and floors before packaging any furniture and stretch wrapping any items like sofas to ensure everything arrives it in the same condition it leaves. And don’t worry, a member of the Springfield Van & Storage Co. team will inventory the condition of every item so you can sign it and be confident that the job is done to our high standards.

Preparing for your move

Planning is crucial to every part of your move!  Springfield Van and Storage Co. helps you do that at every possible opportunity! You can book a free in-home estimate from our team so that you have all the information you need to pick one of our amazing service packages to fit your budget. Just be sure to give us as much notice as possible before your move so we can organize everything. Once we find the perfect package for you, we’ll assign you a move manager who will be your first point of contact. Our move managers will handle every aspect of your relocation working on the logistics of our team on the day of your move to following up on any customer service inquiries you may have.

Moving Process

Springfield Van and Storage Co. works closely with you to make sure your move goes as smoothly as possible! On the day of your move depending on the size of your property it could take anywhere from a few hours to a whole day to get all of your possessions safely packed. Be sure to let your Springfield Van and Storage Co. agent know any of your travel plans so that you can be there to sign the inventory once our team has finished loading so you can be sure that everything, no matter how fragile, is safe and accounted for. Once all this is done our driver will set off and can take anywhere between one day to a few weeks depending on the distance of your move. When it’s in transit we’ll keep you updated on the location of your items and the driver will let you know at least 48 hours before delivery. When the truck arrives simply pay for the service and make sure you’re happy with the condition of everything. Our Springfield Van and Storage Co. team is even happy to help you unpack on the other side and recycle all the packaging.
